Recto on G2G partnership with Sweden: PH will have a greater opportunity to invest in more projects that matter most to Filipinos
The Department of Finance (DOF) has recently become aware of instances of scams committed through electronic mail involving the issuance of counterfeit certifications and other falsified documents purportedly issued by the DOF and/or its officials. These documents bear unverified information masked in forged signatures of DOF officials and counterfeit seal of Department.
In this regard, the DOF strongly reminds the public to be more cautious in their dealings which may involve these fraudulent documents. All DOF processes and services are provided in its Citizen’s Charter which can be found on its website: www.dof.gov.ph. In case of doubts concerning the authenticity of any document appearing to be issued by the DOF, we encourage the public to seek clarification and/or verification through our trunk line at (02) 8524-0244, or email us at [email protected].
The DOF values truth and accuracy of information. The Department conveys its assurances that those behind these illegal acts will be dealt with accordingly.
Thank you.
