In preparation for the 4th State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, ‘Tatak ng Pagbabago 2019: The Pre-SONA Forum’ kicked off with ‘Patuloy na Pag-unlad’ at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) in Pasay City on Monday (July 1, 2019).

The Pre-SONA forum with the theme “Game-Changing Reforms for Sustainable Development,” featured the reports of the Cabinet’s Economic Development Cluster (EDC) led by Finance Secretary Dominguez and its Infrastructure Cluster (IC) headed by Public Works Secretary Mark Villar. Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Deputy Governor Diwa Guinigundo shared the latest monetary and financial sector developments while Bases Conversion and Development Authority President and CEO Vince Dizon presented latest updates on the Duterte administration’s New Clark City in Central Luzon.
