The Philippines, Indonesia and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) launched the Energy Transition Mechanism (ETM) facility in Glasgow, the United Kingdom, today (Nov 3, 2021). The Philippines will work with the ADB and some private sector partners in developing an innovative ETM-supported project that will allow the country to accelerate its transition from coal to clean energy in a just and affordable manner.
