For the month of May 2013, the BIR collected Php111.90 billion in tax revenues, Php17.35 Billion or 18.35% more than collections made in May 2012. Or, PhP 3.22 Billion or 2.8% less than the goal set for May 2013 of PhP 115.12 Billion.

For May 2013, collections from BIR operations amounted to Php109.51 Billion, Php17.24 Billion or 18.69% more than collections made in May 2013. Or, PhP 1.42 Billion or 1.28% less than the goal set for BIR operations for May 2013 of PhP110.93 Billion.

However, collections from non-BIR operations amounted to only Php2.39 Billion, Php1.80 Billion or 42.9% less than the goal set for May 2013 of PhP 4.19 Billion. Or, PhP 104 million or 4.57% more than the collections made in May 2012.

Collections by the Regional Offices amounted to PhP36.08 Billion, or Php7.08 Billion or 24.4% more than the collections made in May 2012. While collections by the Large Taxpayers amounted to PhP 73.42 Billion, or PhP 10.17 Billion or 16.07% more than the collections made in May 2012.
