Call for Participation in the Fuel Marking Consultation

The Department of Finance, with the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the Bureau of Customs, has released the draft implementing rules for the Fuel Marking Program. Interested parties and stakeholder may submit their written comments to the draft to [email protected] until midnight of 7 June 2019. To ensure that the comments are appropriately addressed, please use to proposed template attached which allows for comments on a per section basis.
We also invite the stakeholders and other interested parties to a public consultation at the Department of Finance on 7 June 2019 at 1PM. Representatives of the Agencies will be present during the consultation to hear the concerns of the stakeholders.
