On March 7, 2023, the DOF GAD FPS organized a seminar dedicated to all solo parents entitled “Understanding RA 11861 or the Expanded Solo Parents’ Welfare Act”. The Resource Speaker, Ms. Maricel D. Esguia, an experienced social worker in DSWD. Twenty-five (25) female and seven (7) male employees participated in this activity.
